Working on Judas has been such a blessing. If you’ve talked to me in the past two weeks I’ve no doubt exclaimed something about how smoothly things were going. The process of getting this show up has been an absolutely joy to be a part of. And last night we had our preview and got to hear an audience respond to what they were seeing with laughter, audible gasps and a standing ovation before the actors were back on stage for their curtain call. I don’t think it gets better than this: doing what I absolutely love with amazing people on a powerfully thought-provoking script.
Tonight’s opening performance is sold out, but there are currently tickets available for the rest of the run. To purchase tickets, vist www.thecultch.com. The Last Days of Judas Iscariot runs until Saturday, April 21, 2012.
